My world is as big as I am

Separation from the innate and the essential self
My world is as big as I am
all that it includes
and where it concludes
I am concerned about myself
lost in a shell
unknown to me,
all
what exists outside of that boundary
of the mind
that is consumed in itself
Me, mine, I
while there are realities existing outside of that which I call me,
I don't see
the world is big and vast
there is one true reality
a view from the top
we're all here
on this earth
but separate
we are in our minds
living in our own realities
so many lives exist at the same time
every human carrying their own story
unaware of the rest
there's peace in one place and war
so much happening simultaneously
and we live as if it's just us
it's just me
nobody else
my life, my problems
my happiness, my job
my family, my soul
separated, disconnected from the rest of the world
existing alone
with a perspective so small
overwhelmed
in isolation
in the mind
we don't see life as a whole
no roots
no commune
no source
just alone
then the world is small
it is hell
it's torture
to exist just in one self
inclusion
of all parts of the self
that is healing
parts are me, you, her, him and them
the earth
the universe
the sky
the land
to be complete
we must include it all
the parts disowned
heal
the dis-identification with aspects of a true self
we are not separate
from the spiritual
from the humans
from the animals
to include it all,
that which I am,
I can be who I truly am
